This section explains how subscription plans, billing, and invoices work in Modeve ERP. Your company is usually on a subscription plan managed by the administrator.
Modeve offers flexible plans based on the number of users, storage, and features needed. Common plan types include:
Lite — Suitable for small teams (limited users and projects)
Pro — Most popular for growing companies or for larger organisations with advanced needs (full features, unlimited users)
Key Features usually vary by plan:
Number of active users
Project & storage limits
Advanced reporting
Mobile app & priority support
Custom branding
Your company administrator chooses and manages the subscription. As a regular user, you can view your current plan but cannot change it.
Log in to Modeve.
Click your profile icon (top right) → Billing, Subscription, or Company Settings → Billing.
You will see:
Current Plan name
Next billing date
Number of users used vs limit
Storage usage
Upgrade options (if available)
Only administrators can update payment methods or change plans. As a normal user you can:
View upcoming invoices
Download past invoices and receipts
See payment history
Payment Methods supported typically include credit cards, bank transfers, or local HK payment gateways.
Automatic Invoices are generated on the billing date.
To download an invoice:
Go to Billing section.
Find the invoice in the list.
Click Download PDF or View.
Invoices contain company details, plan breakdown, amount, and tax information.
Company Billing Address can be updated by the administrator in Company Settings.
Need more users? Ask your administrator to upgrade the plan or add seats.
Billing email? Invoices are sent to the company’s billing contact email.
Failed payment? The administrator will receive notifications and can update payment details.
Cancel Subscription? Only the account owner/admin can cancel. Data export is usually available before termination.
For any billing-related questions:
Talk to your company’s Modeve Administrator first.
