The Tickets module in Modeve helps you efficiently handle support requests, maintenance issues, and client enquiries.
There are multiple ways to create a ticket:
From the Sidebar
Go to Tickets → + New Ticket.
From Project or Client
Open a project or client → Tickets tab → Create Ticket.
Quick Create (floating + button).
Ticket Form:
Subject — Clear title (e.g., “Computer not working in Classroom 3”)
Description — Detailed problem or request
Type — Internal / External / Maintenance / IT / Facilities, etc.
Priority — Low, Medium, High, Urgent
Department or Assignee — Who should handle it
Project / Client — Link if relevant
Attachments — Photos, files, screenshots
Due Date (optional)
Click Create Ticket.
Typical statuses:
Open
In Progress
Pending (Waiting for info)
Resolved
Closed
You can change status by dragging in Kanban view or updating the ticket.
Comment / Reply — Add updates and @mention colleagues.
Assign / Reassign — Transfer to the right person.
Add Time — Log effort spent.
Attach Files — Keep all related documents together.
Internal Notes — Private notes visible only to your team.
Close Ticket — When issue is solved, add resolution notes.
Internal Tickets — For team use (IT issues, HR, facilities).
External Tickets — From clients/franchise partners (visible in Client Portal if enabled).
Kanban Board — By status.
List View — Sort by priority or due date.
My Tickets — Quick access to tickets assigned to you.
Filters: Priority, Status, Department, Client, Date.
Create tickets for all support requests instead of informal messages.
Respond promptly, especially to Urgent tickets.
Link tickets to projects/clients for better history.
Use templates for common issues (e.g., new centre setup checklist).
Review ticket reports to identify recurring problems.
Tip: For multi-centre operations, assign department-specific agents (e.g., IT team for technical tickets, Operations for facility issues).
