Modeve ERP helps you manage leads systematically through pipelines and track how they convert into clients and projects.
A pipeline is a visual sales process that shows where each lead is in the journey from initial contact to becoming a paying client.
Common default stages include:
New Lead
Contacted
Needs Assessment / Proposal Sent
Negotiation
Contract Signed
Converted to Client
Project Started
Lost / Closed
Go to Leads or CRM in the left sidebar.
Switch to Kanban or Pipeline View.
You will see columns representing each stage.
Actions in Pipeline:
Drag and drop leads between stages to update their status.
Click on a lead card to open full details.
Add notes or schedule follow-ups directly from the card.
Administrators can:
Create multiple pipelines (e.g., Franchise Sales Pipeline, Corporate Client Pipeline, General Enquiry Pipeline).
Add, remove, or rename stages.
Set probability percentages for each stage.
Regular users can use the pipelines created by admins.
Modeve automatically tracks key metrics:
Conversion Rate — Percentage of leads that become clients.
Average Time per Stage — How long leads stay in each stage.
Win/Loss Reasons — Record why leads were won or lost.
Pipeline Value — Total estimated value of leads in each stage.
These insights are available in Reports → CRM Reports or Sales Dashboard.
Create a dedicated Franchise Enquiry Pipeline.
Move leads quickly through early stages with timely follow-ups.
Use tags like “High Potential”, “Tai Po Area”, “Group Enquiry”.
Regularly clean the pipeline by archiving old or unresponsive leads.
Review conversion reports monthly to improve your sales process.
Send proposal or contract from the lead profile.
Convert lead to client with one click (when ready).
Assign leads to specific sales or operations team members.
Tip: A well-managed pipeline significantly increases your success rate in converting enquiries into new franchised learning centres or clients.
