The Business Profile contains your shop’s basic information. This information appears on receipts, reports, and other documents generated by Modeve POS.
Go to Settings.
Select Business Profile (or Shop Information).
You will see the current business details.
You can usually edit the following fields:
Business / Shop Name
Business Address
Contact Phone Number
Email Address
Business Registration Number (if applicable)
Other basic shop details
This information is used across the system, especially on printed and digital receipts.
Open Settings → Business Profile.
Tap Edit.
Update the necessary fields.
Tap Save.
The changes will take effect immediately and will appear on future receipts and reports.
Make sure the business name and address are accurate, as customers will see this information on their receipts.
Only users with administrator permission can usually edit the Business Profile.
After updating the details, it is recommended to process a test sale and check the receipt to confirm the changes.
Keeping your Business Profile up to date helps maintain a professional image and accurate records.
